Shipping Time & Fees
You should receive your product order within 5-7 business days in the U.S.A (up to 4 weeks for foreign orders). Most of our products go out the door within 1-2 business days of your order - which means you should see it within a week since we send most packages via US Priority Mail (in the USA). No book rate, "take forever shipping" for us! Exceptionally heavy items are usually sent via UPS. Faster shipping options are available for an extra charge. Call for item availability and rush shipping charges. Out of stock items usually take 2-4 weeks to receive.
Shipping and handling costs are based on weight & location of shipping address & are calculated at the time of check out.
Note: Items that have a Product Code that starts with the letters (DS) can require 2 - 3 weeks for delivery because they are drop shipped from the manufacturer.
Depending on the time of month for your magazine orders it usually take about 4-6 weeks to receive the first issue since the subscription starts with the NEXT issue to be mailed.
International Shipment Policy
Orders from Asia, Africa and some foreign countries may be held up pending conformation of payment. In these cases, customers may be requested to prepay orders via cashier’s check or international wire transfer. Customer is responsible for any additional charges (if any) that incur upon arrival through international customs.
You can return items within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. (Only damaged or wrong format videos can be exchanged). Software items cannot be returned once the original package has been opened. For any returns or exchanges you need to contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). That number along with a copy of the invoice should be included with your return. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns.
We will replace any damaged merchandise, although you may need to place a claim with UPS or The United States Post Office (depending on the shipper), before we can send you a replacement. We reserve the right to collect (or not collect) any damaged goods you receive.
If you want to exchange size or color of a specific item you will need to pay return shipping.
It is helpful to have your invoice in front of you when calling or emailing for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need the following info:
- Online account user name (Sold To)
- Phone #
- Email address linked to account
- Item returning
- Reason for return
- Item desired in exchange (if applicable)
- Payment method if there is a difference.
Credits will be processed in the same manner in which purchases were made.
